A humble boda boda driver rescues an impulsive British woman after she falls victim to an internet romance scam in Kenya. Sparks fly when she moves into small home with his large family.
Filming
Filmed entirely in Nairobi in 2023, Boda Love uses the talents of cinematographer Mwatha Eric Gichanga and leading actors Murunyu Duncan Mungai and Greer Dale-Foulkes to deliver a heartfelt romance with drama and humour.
Some of Kenya's top musicians have contributed to the soundtrack including Billy Black, Tetu Shani, Muthaka, Wanja Wohoro, Njerae, Charisma and Njoki Karu.
